Up..Down. Buy..Sell. Good news..Bad news. Who can tell when is the right time to jump back in to the real estate market. First time home buyer, investor, retirees, foreign investors all have been waiting on the sidelines to get the “official” green light to move ahead. But that never comes. Down the road you’re only left with the quote over dinner “If I had only bought back in ______. (fill in the blank)
The best advice is to look at the numbers and indicators, read as much as you can and don’t listen to the doom and gloom news. That only sells papers. Come to your own conclusions because the numbers don’t lie.
